無論如何都要學英文的理由
行政院長張善政日前接受專訪時提到，馬英九總統身邊缺乏把數字轉換成故事的人，他表示數字冰冷，因此必須講故事，才能讓民眾有感。
張善政17日受訪時表示，數字必須與故事相輔相成，把數字當成基礎然後轉化為故事，讓民眾更有感，並沒有批評馬總統的意思。他說：『(原音)我覺得數字跟故事是相輔相成，數字是基礎，從數字衍伸故事，免得被人講說說故事其實是騙人，我看到網路說說故事就是準備要騙人，不是這樣，數字是基礎，兩個都很重要。老實說，說故事的轉化過程不是馬總統個人怎麼樣，其實整個政府體系過去多年來就沒習慣做轉化工作。』
張善政表示，政府過去沒有習慣這樣包裝，未來的行政院長林全也會面臨同樣挑戰，必須消除政府施政成果與民眾感覺之間的落差。
